Holiday rentals with lake access in Blumenau

Our stay was super comfortable. The accommodation was very well cleaned and organized. There were some small treats that make a difference in making you feel good about being there (coffee, tea, water bottles and chocolates). The lake in the outdoor area gives the children a little fun. The hosts treated us super well whenever we needed something. There was a lot of tourist information with good tips on gastronomy, visits and entertainment. I recommend it

The wonderful place that allowed us to enjoy nature and that in it can be seen the perfection of the Creator, we were able to exchange the excitement of our daily life for a few moments of peace, quiet and hear the sound of a river of clear and crystal clear waters, the Encano River. The accommodations are great, all well organized, an ideal place for you, your family and friends to share moments that will be recorded in your memories. The hostess received us literally from the open doors of her home. Gratitude.

The place is great for having a good time with the family. The house is large and spacious, and the land is very large. The place is between Blumenau and Pomerode, so you can be very strategic if you want to see the two cities.

The house is perfect, well organized, efficient internet. The charm of the Enxaimel style is a charm.

Very well located property, close to everything and easy to access. The check-in could not have been more practical, Bruna gave us the instructions and we had no problem. The grounds are well taken care of, full of fruit trees, birds and very green - excellent for those who want to rest their minds and enjoy nature. Wonderful place! The house was spotless, just like the pictures. Casa assembled with very good taste of quality. We found everything clean and organized! Bruna was a sweetheart from the beginning to the end, I will definitely spend a few days here again. I'm in love with Pomerode!

Jonas is his wife were very receptive to us, welcomed us very well and made us very comfortable. Their apartment is well located, very close to the main attractions of the city, very clean, organized, and, not counting the surroundings that are beautiful with the goats, ponies, pond, ducks, etc. My 4-month-old daughter enjoyed a lot and my puppy is not even talked about. Super recommend staying with them and wish them all success and happiness in the world. Thank you for this amazing memories that helped us raise as a family ☺️

Jussara's house is great. Ideal apartment for rest: quiet and organized. 24-hour gate and parking for a vehicle. Well located, next to the gas station and near the German Village, from the famous Oktoberfest. Good choice for those who go to Blumenau to have the safety of a good place to rest.

Very beautiful, quiet place, everything we asked answered us quickly, extremely clean, comfortable and just like the photos, just one thing, I requested basket with sparkling muscatel and came brut, I asked for the exchange and said it would be done in up to 2 hours but we left and it was not changed, but the rest was incredible

We had a great weekend, the chalet is beautiful and the atmosphere is very quiet, nor have we any neighbors. The kitchen is well equipped, and it served us well over the weekend. We do not need to light the fireplace because it was not cold, but I imagine that in winter this possibility should leave the experience even better. I highly recommend to those looking for a place to distance themselves from urban life and spend a relaxing weekend.

Simply Perfeitooo, the Yellow Site is spectacular, we feel at home. The site is very well taken care of, was extremely clean, it had all the utensils necessary for our stay. The fish and ducks are a spectacle, complement the landscape and make the look of the place wonderful. Mrs. Edileia, it was very attentive and helpful, and still left us some pampering ( bananas, chocolate😁😁😁). It was a really amazing stay, it made our trip unforgettable. Super I indicate, therefore, I will return to Sítio Amarelo, every time I have the opportunity.

WONDERFUL! We love the place, it was great to spend a few days of quiet; only that noise of the water of the stream that conveyed a lot of peace and tranquility... The air conditioner works very well, the shower is very good as the mattresses and internet.. the kitchen is very complete as well as the barbecue area... in short; it would come back easily.

Maria Olinda and Luiz are great amphritrians! The kitchen and living room space was great to house our family. It has 01 suite, 2 bedrooms, and another bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed that has no door, but that's fine... in addition to another bathroom and a bathroom in the outdoor area. My nephew stared at the external shower, and took a bath (cold) there, after our trail. The trail: I recommend going back and forth in the same place, and it's pretty naughty, it's not for anyone. My father kept fishing in the lakes. It has easy parking, and the access (unpaved street) is also very quiet. It's a quiet place, and the owners live right at the entrance, but it doesn't take away the privacy. The market is not that close, but it has a big good about 15 minutes by car. We intend to go back.
