Private space in the back of our house with parking, green area. Suite with queen bed, air-conditioning, minibar, Wi-Fi, TV with Chromecast. Outdoor kitchen with stove and microwave. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy access to the center and BR 470. On foot: 3 to 5 minutes from Bakery, Supermarket, Pharmacy, Restaurant and Bus Terminal. By car: 10 minutes from Vila Germanica (Oktoberfest). 20 minutes from the centers of Blumenau and Pomerode, and 24 minutes from Indaial. Business executives and couples are welcome.
