Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Bo Phut Beach

We really enjoyed our time in this villa as a family of 5 including 3 kids (13,10,4). The pool is the absolute highlight, especially for the kids. The villa is huge, and very well equipped. The contact throughout was spectacular, the team are super responsive. I worried about the noise coming from the other villas but it was silent, everyone was very respectful throughout the area and mostly families who spend the daytime out of the villas. A few things to be aware of but nothing that would stop me giving 5 stars: We had a car and we're pleased we did! Even just the walk to the main road is 3-5 minutes. Then, a dangerous walk along a busy road to Fishermans for 20 minutes. If you don't hire a car, use taxis! The beds in this place are the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced (like sleeping on concrete). I would book this place again.

We had a really nice stay at Oliviers villa. The view and home furnishing is amazing, it was so clean and enjoyable. Olivier is a really nice host, who provided us many tips about things to do at Koh Samui. We will always remember the great stay and your nice hospitality. Thank you!

Oh my gosh. No photo or video will ever do this place justice. An incredible structure architecturally speaking, in a beautiful setting, placed sympathetically and in harmony with its surroundings (give or take 90°, eh Laurent? 😉). As is obvious when one walks around, the place is easily big enough to house 15 or more people for any number of reasons. Similarly though, my time was spent here with just one friend and was every bit as rewarding. I have travelled all over Southeast Asia, including Thailand, extensively over the last 25 years or so. Something I’ve learned over the years as I have wandered around the world; ‘Enjoy travelling but don’t forget to arrive.’ The romance and the excitement and the sense of adventure can easily cause one to miss the fact that you have already found what it was that you were looking for in your travels. For me, it doesn’t get better than this. We cancelled all other plans and as I write this review, are waiting to return there tomorrow.

This home allows you to open the accordion glass doors and hear the waves and feel the sea breeze all day. Since it’s on the north coast, you can see the sunrise and sunset each day. You can walk out without shoes and stroll along the beach to one of the great restaurants facing the sea.

We came to Koh Samui for the first time but we will definitely be back and will choose Villa Bond to stay again. We got a nice service from a great team, no need to have any other adventures, Villa Bond 10/10 👍

We had a great stay at Aka's place and can recommend it.

We spent 2.5 wonderful weeks in house A1. The entire complex with its lush planting and the clean pool is totally beautiful, but we liked the location most: right on the dream beach, but slightly elevated, so you have more privacy than the resorts further west (e.g. no walkers right outside the door). House A1 is also located on a corner property with plenty of space, for the children a small adventure playground😉. Within walking distance there are a few good restaurants (Terrace House, Thang Long, Hug Samui) and smaller shopping. Many thanks to the super friendly team from Green Coconut Village and of course especially to Renate, who supported us from booking to return!

We had an incredible stay at Villa Tosti and would absolutely return. Gabrio was helpful at check in and with recommendations. The property was gorgeous with stunning views and in great condition. AC kept bedrooms cool which had comfortable mattresses and bedding. Everything was as pictured. The more busy parts of the island were 20 min or so by taxi and we had no issue getting taxis to come to the Villa, which is close to the main road. The beach is also walkable. Jaeb and her son made us feel so cared for during our stay. They helped around the house keeping things in order, helped arrange transport and massages. Best of all Jaeb made us wonderful homecooked breakfast and lunch for some meals during our stay. She's a wonderful cook and we loved her curries! Even with on site staff, the Villa felt private and the help was unobtrusive for those who want the secluded feel. We really appreciated the hospitality. We had a truly rejuvenating stay.

the place was pristine. amazing views, clean surroundings. the bed was very comfortable. the host was very attentive. her staff Fon was very helpful made us amazing breakfast and we'll worth the price. you will need a scooter or a car to go up and down the hill other than that our stay was amazing. I will definitely recommend this accomodation. A+++++++

from the moment we met Jean Luc, he was so friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond, we arrived late and he had bought bits for us to eat, he helped us get a car, a taxi, recommend restaurants he couldn't have done more to be a better host. The accommodation itself was stunning, everything clean and tidy with the cleaner coming everyday. The beds were comfortable, we was provided with towels for in and outside. The view is breathtaking and will definitely miss it. Just a short drive away from fisherman's village which has a market to buy gifts or food. Lots of restaurants nearby. The property itself is on a very steep hill which is why the views are breathtaking but a hard climb! I 100% would come back and stay, everyone was very impressed.

Sunisa and Jean were very responsive and accommodating hosts. The house worked well for us during our visit to Koh Samui. The hosts helped us with shuttles to and from the airport (Grab will not pick up or drop off at the airport) and also helped us rent scooters (which are necessary to navigate the island). Overall we had a positive experience at their Airbnb!

Lovely stay with a lovely view, overall would recommend

Hibiscus Villa is absolutely stunning. Everything as pictured (and then some). Modern rooms, huge outdoor area, fantastic pool, and unbeaten views. Yes, it’s pretty high up so not all grabs will take you there, but really want an issue as we would just call another. Elissa was always super responsive to any questions and when my husband left his wedding suit behind the day before our wedding, the team were so accommodating even though we had already checked out. I recommend this space for a chilled, beautiful stay.

The villa is a really special place to stay, super comfortable and equipped with antiques extremely tasteful and classic Thai. Super pool with views of the beach. Penibularly clean and very well maintained. You are absolutely undisturbed. All rooms are air-conditioned. The great house is only surpassed by the host Kevin, who is already helpful with arrival, is always available and has given incredibly great tips and recommendations for Samui. Even with a small medical emergency, he helped and recommended a fantastic hospital. Kevin is a great host. I highly recommend him and the villa.
