It is located in a small Abruzzo village that is part of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The accommodation's characteristic feature is the Majella stone construction, which makes the house cool in summer. Parking (not for a fee) is located near the property. Also ideal for those who want to go to the beach (reachable in about 30 minutes).

Zizì's house is located in the heart of the village of Pretoro (CH), and consists of an entrance, kitchen/living room, two bedrooms (2 double beds) and a bathroom. The entire place has been recently renovated. Despite its central location in the pedestrian area, it has convenient access from the street with free parking 50 meters from the residence. It enjoys a beautiful panorama with sea views and its location is great for reaching the ski slopes of Passolanciano and Mammarosa in 15 minutes.

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
