Underfloor heating throughout the house and also a wood-burning stove in the living room. A basket of firewood is included. Open kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Living room with sofa bed (140cm) and table/chairs. Bedroom with 2 beds. Toilet and shower. Canoe is available to borrow in summer. Other times in consultation. Pets and smoking not allowed. Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels are included. 45 min drive from Stockholm.

The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms with a large natural plot and a walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and a jetty. At the jetty, there is the dock your own boat. Down by the water, there is also a sauna that you are welcome to rent. Skärgårdsstugan med havsutsikt, egen badplats,brygga,altan,grillplats.Trappor ner. Boendet är i vår gäststuga med WC o dusch,stor altan och nära skog och fiske. Läget är lugnt med skogspromenader runt knuten. Fyra personer bor i stugan och två personer bor i ett annex. I annexet WC o pentry, får fyrfota vän bo, men endast där, med allergi- hänsyn till andra gäster. På kvällarna kan man ”mysa” framför braskaminen. Wifi finns. Ej TV. Njut med fördel av solnedgångar över vattnet från altanerna!

Vi har ett fullt utrustat hem med en stor, solig altan. En kort promenad bort längs skogsstigar ligger två mysiga sjöar där du kan simma från maj till september. Ibland får vi besök av älgar och rådjur! Kom hem till oss för att varva ner och njuta av Stockholms skärgårds lugna puls. Vi har ett Bastu-tält placerat året om på altanen, njut!
