It has fully-equipped, modern kitchen and toilet with washing machine for comfortable accommodation in quiet and beautiful Norrbotten. The northern light is common at the house. You can even see it from the bedroom, if the weather is right. One bedroom with double bed. Note: There is no cot available. In the living room there is two beds that can be taken apart. Also two sofas that you can make in if you're a big party.

Cozy guest home in detached garage building. 500m to bus stop that takes you to downtown Luleå in 20 min. 1.3 km to walk to Sunderby hospital and Sunderby railway station. The sauna barrel is available at the farm which at certain times can be used. The use of the sauna is for an extra charge. The nearest supermarket is in Gammelstad, about 5 km away. Bus connections are available.
