Gamseong Hanok Stay O-Won Stay: A unique experience where you can personally play the kayageum, the first instrument of its kind on Hwangnidan-gil

Owon Stay, a private hanok with a garden in the center of Hwangnidan-gil. This is a space where you can experience a special traditional experience of playing the Gayageum directly in the accommodation. Are you not used to travelling when you are busy during the day and tired at night? Owon Stay is a private hanok for one team, and the entire garden and space are for exclusive use. The moment you close the door, the noise disappears, and the speed of the day naturally slows down in the garden view, jacuzzi, and fireplace. The traditional Gayageum experience at the accommodation is a 60-minute programme with a standard price of KRW 40,000 per person, which is offered to guests at a special price of KRW 20,000 per person. It's a great experience for a family trip with your child or a romantic time with your lover. Create moments that are captured in photos and remembered in sound. Breakfast, jacuzzi, fireplace, traditional hanbok, tea ceremony experience, etc. are provided free of charge, and the main historical sites can be reached on foot. 🌿 For customers who make a reservation on weekdays (Sun-Thu) in March, we offer the Gaya Geum experience at a special price of 10,000 KRW per person. This building uses only Hinoki cypress beds and pure eco-friendly materials, without any materials that generate concrete and environmental hormones that cause various skin diseases. It is a space just for you, where you can fully rest your body and mind in a large yard. It is located in a position where you can see the summit of Bohyeonsan Mountain, where the largest astronomical observatory in the East is located, so when the weather is clear, the stars pour in at night, and in autumn, the leaves of the maple leaves surrounding the house form a spectacular view. It is a place where the winding mountain roads are inconvenient, there is no television, but the quiet sound of the mountains, the clear air, and the stars and moonlight like the ocher of the night greet you. We welcome those who do not miss the things left behind in the city and want to rest infinitely. It is recommended for those who are tired of city life and want to heal, rather than those who want to enjoy active activities or drinking and dancing. The accommodation is always disinfected. El Hanok Stay

El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located near Hwangnidan-gil restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive), right next to the location where you can go to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung, and Wolji. Jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW in Korean money when using for a fee.

Gyeongju Hwangnidan-gil Hanok Stay Shrub Hwangto Ondol Room

This room is located on the ground floor of a hanok building. Inside the room, there is a private bathroom with a shower, as well as air conditioning, a fridge, a hairdryer, towels, toiletries and free Wi-Fi. A light breakfast is served on weekends and public holidays. Daereungwon Park is laid out like a garden, allowing you to enjoy beautiful views. Happy Hanok Village Syeobul is a traditional Korean-style guesthouse. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, on-street parking, and breakfast at weekends and on public holidays only. The guest house is within walking distance (3–5 minutes) of several historic sites. The room size is perfect for up to two guests.
