I was there for a brief one-night stay, and to be honest, it was one of the nights I enjoyed in the city. I would have stayed more days hadn’t been it closer to where the event I came for was located. Aside from that, nice and conducive atmosphere. I even got a free car wash before I woke up, that’s luxurious. I would love to use it again when next I’m in that environment.

Mr. Seun was also fantastic, assisting us with checking into the estate and making the experience smoother. Dr. Olatoye’s recommendations for fun activities and places to visit in Ibadan were spot-on; his local knowledge is awe-inspiring! So nice that we stayed twice. We extended our stay to accommodate our travel plans. I'm glad they still had availability and we were able to stay in same apartment.

The moment I stepped into the apartment, I was immediately struck by the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The interior design was tastefully done, with a soothing color palette and minimalistic furniture. It felt like a true sanctuary, a place where you can escape the noise and chaos of the outside world. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Every corner was meticulously taken care of, making it a pleasure to stay in. The comfortable bed and cozy living area provided the perfect setting for relaxation. One of the highlights of the apartment was the breathtaking view from the balcony. It overlooked a picturesque landscape, with lush greenery and a calming water feature. It was the ideal spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening.

From the day my booking was made , the host kept good communication and was helpful and prompt in making the arrival easy . Welcoming was great and the host gave a very homely feeling with great respect to guest’s privacy as much as diligent communication. His staff was out of this world, amazing and respectfully friendly. I sure will always make this my place of stay anytime I’m in Nigeria (Ibadan). I enjoyed my stay !
