A vendégház egy hálószobával (franciaágy) és egy nappali-konyhával rendelkezik (kétszemélyes kanapé). A konyha jól felszerelt: vízforraló, Bialetti kotyogós kávéfőző, üvegkerámia főzőlap, mikrohullámú sütő, hűtőszekrény, illetve egy tágas terasz gondoskodik a vendégek kényelméről. Wifi természetesen van. :) Közvetlenül a ház előtt ingyenesen lehet parkolni.

The kitchen is highly equipped, it is possible to cook and bake. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. Nearby are a café, bakery, confectionery, convenience store, tobacco shop, drugstore, laundry, gym, bus stops and pharmacy. Pets can be brought on request.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
