There is a detached swimming pool. The children's pool is not working. The nearest house is 600 meters away. Completely made for those who want a quiet and quiet holiday in nature. Pool is closed November-December - January - February-March.

Very close to Akyarlar and Karaincir Beaches (400/ 600m, 5/ 8 minutes’ walking distance to each). Baby & children friendly. (Staircase safety doors, bassinet & highchair for kids are available). Pets are welcome! Available weekly / monthly Have fun with the whole family or with friends at this peaceful place.

A cozy and bohemian place for art and culture lovers. Art House sits in a beautiful area. It is a 5 minutes walk from local shops including a delightful bakery and 10-15 minutes walk from beaches. Easy access to public transportation to city center, airport and other attraction areas. The walls are covered by oil paintings. It has everything you need for a stay. My studio is wide open. If you want, you wellcome to create art works.
