Large stone cottage, independent with 2500 square meters of land with relaxation area, children's games (trampoline, swing, sandbox, archery...) ON SITE: hiking trails, V.T.T path; a few meters away: equestrian center, swimming, fishing. 30 min from the highway (Valencia).

Our small house (23 m2 studio) is located between St Félicien and St Victor, surrounded by nature, it will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature. 3 km from the village, you will find shops, markets, tourist office. The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

Welcome to the vaulted suite, a space with a unique charm with an independent entrance (low and atypical door) and a private terrace, located within a building dating back to 1800. There is no Wi-Fi here, but there is very good 4G coverage: an ideal setting to disconnect and enjoy the calm. We live in the upper part of the house and will be available if needed, while respecting your privacy. 🔹 It is not possible to cook in the room
