I had an amazing stay in Stockholm, and I highly recommend both this location and the host, Raven! The apartment exceeded all my expectations—it looks even better than the photos, with a clean, modern, and welcoming design. Situated right in the heart of the city, it’s the perfect base for exploring Stockholm. Everything you could possibly need—shops, restaurants, public transportation, and major attractions—is just a short walk away. Raven was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly attentive. They ensured every aspect of my stay was seamless and went out of their way to make me feel at home. Their thoughtfulness and professionalism truly stood out. If you’re planning a trip to Stockholm, this is the ideal place to stay. I can recommend Raven and their wonderful apartment enough, and I would happily return in the future!

Staying in Pär's apartment in Stockholm was a very positive experience. We were welcomed by the lower house, who gave us a tour and helped with questions. The apartment was much bigger than we thought, and really cozy. Everything was nice and clean. We were well taken care of with linens, clean towels, tourist brochures, and a bottle of bubbles in the fridge. We felt very welcome! The apartment is very central and within walking distance to the city center. There was peace and quiet on the street. Restaurant Lille Capri on the ground floor was a lovely place where we ate 3 times. Here we got great service! Everything in the apartment was in the best order, and Pär was quick to respond if we had any questions along the way. Thank you so much Pär for hosting - we would highly recommend this home to others.

Bella was a great host, she was very responsive to any questions I had, and her apartment was excellent.... it has a lovely view of the river and the neighborhood was nice and peaceful.... the apartment was perfect for my needs, lots of grocery stores, pubs, restaurants and other shopping all within reasonable walking distance.... and if Gelato is your thing, a Gelato shop opened up literally right next door, probably for the spring/summer season..... also, two subway stops close by to get you wherever you need to go in Stockholm and the airport bus stop was maybe a 10 minute walk... I would definitely stay there again

Annika's place is exactly as described and I can only reiterate what has been said in other reviews. Namely, the house is quirky and beautifully decorated, full of charm and in a fantastic location for exploring the city. Whilst compact, everything is extremely well thought out and the little touches such as a couple of complementary drinks at the local bar all added that special welcome. As others have mentioned, the stairs down to the bedroom are indeed steep but this didn't create any issues for our mother and son group but worth noting for anyone with mobility issues. Even though the location is central and next to lots of attractions, we found it very peaceful. This was a truly lovely stay.

We loved out stay here! Very easy to get to city center with train and bus options. Grocery store close by and beautiful view outside the dining room. Bella was a great host that gave very easy to follow and detailed instructions. We would totally stay here again!

The place is very comfortable, super well located, it is safe and Hasse has been very friendly and helpful. Stockholm is a beautiful city there is so much to do, the weather is not limiting, it's a matter of wearing the right clothes 👌🏼 On this vacation it was our favorite destination ❤️

Had a wonderful stay at Uzi and Helena’s apartment. It was clean, well decorated, and the bathroom was impeccable. Very quiet too as you don’t hear the neighbours. The best neighbourhood to stay in Stockholm is Sodermalm and the apartment is in a quiet area of Sodermalm. Just off bus stop lines 2 and 53. Close to some nice restaurants and cafés. So perfect really. Also there is a Coop 50m away. Uzi is very reactive and gives clear instructions. Excellent communication. Bonus point for the lovely vintage lift :-)

Jenny's house in Lidingö was truly wonderful! The home is warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated, reflecting the genuine charm of a family living there. The stunning views made our stay unforgettable, and waking up every morning to such a peaceful setting felt incredibly special. Jenny was thoughtful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We appreciated all the personal touches and warmth throughout the house—it truly felt like staying with friends. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Stockholm.

Even more beautiful in real life, than all the nice pictures. The location and house is just amazing! Very tastefully decorated, from furniture to small details like bed linens and porcelain. A well-equipped kitchen, and wonderful social areas. A large porch with sunlight from morning to night. Beautiful sauna, albeit difficult to get really warm. I'd love to go here again!

This house has an amazing view that beats anything plus a great sauna (you pay an 500kr extra for each sauna occasion). Very clean and classic furniture. Kitchen super well equipped. Rooms feel large. Just a superb place if you are looking for privacy and stunning view. Will come again!

A view we will never forget! Beautiful summer house, equipped with hot tub, sauna and pool, cozy fireplace and Kamado Joe Grill we loved! Our kids enjoyed the pool, the small treehouse and the outdoor toys. Enough space with 7 people and retreats, surrounded by great nature. 3 min walk to the sea with diving board and swimming spot, as well as 20 min to a small lake (fishing and swimming). On the island there is a small grocery store and about 25 minutes the nearest large supermarket (Lidl, ICA, etc.) We had great evenings in our own pool house with fantastic sunsets! We fully recommend Niklas's place. He was always available and often inquired about our well-being. Even when we had a problem with the toilet, he organized someone who was immediately on hand despite the weekend within a few moments. Great host with a nice touch to the reception.

Our stay at Hans and Lena's place was very pleasant. The house exactly matches the photographs and description, it is very welcoming and equipped with every comfort. It is easy to get around by public transport: a few minutes' walk from the house there is in fact the bus stop that takes 30/40 minutes to Stockholm. The surroundings of the house are quiet and the view of the canal is very evocative. Unfortunately, due to schedules, we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Hans and Lena in person, but we met the son, very helpful. In any case, hosts were always available via phone and provided us with all the necessary information.

A brilliant spot approximately 30 min drive from the centre of Stockholm. Right by the water with sea views and 9min drive to the local town. Our family (kids aged 9 and 12) loved the pool and hot tub. Elin and Johan were great and the house had everything we needed. Hoping to come back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay: the house is very cozy as if you are staying at your friends’s place. We got lucky with some snow so kids enjoyed sledging down the road, and we enjoyed the sauna near the lake. It was a wonderful winter vacation, thanks Ola

We traveled to Stockholm for an extended weekend and enjoyed the time in Sara's apartment. We didn't miss anything, everything was impeccable and we were very much looking forward to the evening in the apartment after long city walks. There are many offers in the area and on foot we were quickly at the subway. The airport bus was also easily accessible. We say thank you for the place and look forward to coming back. ☺️

Great place to stay and cool offbeat location by the waterside and marina. Felt very welcome. Friendly hosts. Good access to the metro with frequent departures to central Stockholm. Slightly noisy from 1st floor and highway, but only with the windows open.

Lina’s place is absolutely lovely! She was communicative, and very accommodating in our request to come in earlier and stay later, we’re so grateful for that! Very nice and quiet neighborhood– we enjoyed some late afternoon sun in the park right behind the building. Would recommend this place to anyone and we thank Lina for her thoughtfulness and her amazing place ☀️

Hjorthagen is a planned development for family living and, as of today, there are no hotels or purpose-built rental housing, so Angelica's one-bedroom apartment is a stand out. It is a modern unit with loads of natural light and a balcony with excellent views of the ongoing Gasworks development project. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and comport with efficient Swedish design, and the in-apartment washer and dryer are a great convenience. Angelica made room in closets etc. for storage, the kitchen is well-equipped, wifi coverage is excellent, and she was responsive to questions. Multiple options are available for bus and tram transportation into the central city and many coffee shops, small restaurants and a grocery store are within a five-minute walk.

We had a pleasant stay at Tobias's apartment. It is located close to everything: restaurants, bakery, tram/bus, park... It is well appointed and optimized for a holiday (2 adults and 1 child). Tobias was responsive, is available to answer our questions and offered recommendations. We recommend this listing 🙂

I stayed in the apartment for 4 months. The accommodation is very well located, easy to access and very convenient.

A great place if on the one hand you want to be close to Stockholm as well as a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is located a few minutes from the city centre in a quiet and beautiful area. The terrace overlooked the lake and the surrounding forest. The whole upper part of the house was at our disposal, where we easily found ourselves and felt very homely. I was surprised by the quietness there both during the day and after dark - for those looking to escape from the noise of the city (as well as the world) this will definitely be a good choice :) Of course, I don't want to leave out here the warm welcome by Vera and the great communication both before and during our stay. I would definitely recommend!

Lena is a lovely helpful generous host. We felt instantly at home in the apartment and the neighbourhood. The bed and furniture are very comfortable. The flat is super close to the Metro and a short walk to the fabulous City Hall. The rest of Stockholm is within walking distance. We would 100% recommend and hope to return soon as we felt we only touched the surface of this great City.
