The living room is very nice and just makes you want to discover the horizon. The bedroom includes a 160*200 bed, a large closet and a desk. A second quality sleeping area is available in the living room. Bathroom with a double sink and an XXL shower. Separate toilet.

Pleasant studio in a secure residence. Ideal for students or young professionals. Refurbished and very well equipped. Surface of 28 m2 + south facing terrace with a very nice unobstructed view. Reserved parking space, keypad, bus line 13 at the foot of the residence to reach the city center in 15 minutes. Close to CHU, Parc des Expos and beautiful Penfeld Park.
