What a beautiful spot! A private, calm, spacious 'chalet' in a pretty garden ... nicely separate from the house but within easy distance for any local support, if needed. Car parking on site and within easy distance of bakery, butcher and supermarket. Well equipped kitchen.

We spent 2 nights at Florence's for a wedding. The listing was a great fit. We did not have the opportunity to see Florence but the messages were very clear and pleasant! I would recommend this place, near Rouen, in a green and quiet environment.

We booked this place for a bachelor party. We were 8 people, the place is really suitable for hosting a group of friends. Billiards is a real asset. The bedrooms in a row are very friendly with two stairs so as not to disturb your room neighbors. The location is perfect, you can enjoy a beautiful exterior without worrying about noise (no neighbors). You have enough to park at least 5 cars. I would highly recommend this listing.

Top 🥇👍. Escape for two in Rouen totally successful, crowned by the pleasure of returning to a very pleasant and tastefully furnished apartment. The accommodation is really conveniently located for visiting the city. Very cozy, very clean and perfectly equipped. Very well heated,what's more, I'm chilly . We parked our car at the Gare parking lot, very good option. Clément is pre-reactive, excellent communication and very pleasant exchanges. Honestly , we know where to stay for our next visit to Rouen . Great value for money to highlight. We're thrilled 🤩

There were 7 of us in this beautiful house for an EVG. Our requests have obviously evolved as the organization complex, and Jeannick did everything to satisfy us. We then met the owner and her welcome is real, sincere. Her house is superb and offers all the comfort and calm required. Recommended.

My friends and I enjoyed the apartment very much and were perfect for 5 people. Close to everything and a nice walk down to the city center or tram a couple of stations just. Very nice hostess and easy to communicate with. The apartment was on the 6th floor with large balcony and evening sun which was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Perched on the 4th floor, the apartment's view is worth the walk up the stairs, but you can also take the elevator. The apartment is neatly laid out and made my short stay in Rouen even better! I would stay here again.

Apartment as advertised, quiet, very comfortable bedding, spacious bathroom, separate toilet, large living room/dining room/kitchen very well equipped. We had a very nice stay at Cristina's who was a very attentive and responsive host. All the amenities, the pool and the bus to Rouen are a stone's throw away, what more could you ask for? We'll be back!
