A private terrace with barbecue, garden furniture for meals and an outdoor lounge. The house overlooks the garden and overlooks the Seine.

There are 3 beautiful bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. By the fire or by the pool, enjoy a total change of scenery in nature. The pool is reserved for you and the owners of the premises (occasionally). We are 30 minutes from Rouen, 60 minutes from Deauville and 150 km from the landing beaches.

Cette maison atypique des années 1500, on l’a désirée, transformée, mais tout en gardant son authenticité avec sa façade à colombage, les tomettes rouges dans l’escalier, la hauteur sous plafond au dernier étage … Mais on l’a aussi pensée et créée pour qu’elle vous plaise également. My new accommodation of about 60 m2 offers large spaces conducive to relaxation in complete autonomy, for couples, families or friends. Between Paris and the Normandy coast, ideal for a stopover or local visits, everything is done to allow you a peaceful stay (on the ground floor, large living room and open equipped kitchen, upstairs, landing office, double bedroom and shower room/toilet). A wooden terrace with garden furniture is also available, in a very green setting.

The outbuilding overlooks the garden and the Seine. Beds with linen sheets are provided and towels as well.

Our Suite is part of our property but with an independant entrance. 1 living-room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom. Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).
