The place looked exactly like the pictures . The area is peaceful and secluded . The host was responsive and friendly . I highly recommend going there . 🤌🏾

I stayed at Mimie's for 3 weeks while on a work trip to Pretoria and couldn't have chosen a better place. The cabin was cosy and the plants and trees in the compound made me completely at home. Mimie's place is in a lovely and serene neighbourhood within walking distance to a shopping complex and a number of good restaurants. The highlight of my stay was Mimie's hospitality! She left snacks at my place on the first day since I was arriving in the evening and brought home made cookies for me to take home as she came to bid me farewell!

Beautiful place to stay. Private and peaceful. Amazing to watch the animals whilst having your morning coffee. Didn’t use the fire pit but I’m sure it would make for a wonderful evening sipping wine and watching the sunset.

Wonderful getaway from all the noise. Absolutely wonderful and clean place. All the privacy you will ever need.

Amazing part of South Africa! A hidden gem away from the stress of city life. Roads were a little scary in the wet if you don't have a 4x4 (which we did) but it's to be expected if you want to get away to this cute little haven. Aletta was amazing, easy to get hold of and very friendly. We will be back!

What a wonderful place to stay at, the host was amazing, very responsive and caring. She told us that there was issues with the electricity (solar) but we had no issues at all. Our little place had everything lovely view, well stocked with everything from the kitchen to the braai area. The host really thought of everything even mosquito replant. We had such an amazing time. If you looking for something not to far from Jhb but still want to feel like you in the bush this is the perfect place.

I wanted a home away from home with my partner, we got a family instead. Host: Anita, I've no words for your customers service, they don't make them like you anymore. We had a fantastic time. Define a GOAT host and PROACTIVE- Anita and her team. Words won't sell and make a good review of this hidden gem. Just get in your car and go experience it yourself, you'll run out of words and realise why I can't say much. Privacy: 10/10 Self catering: Purely and the host will make you feel like you're at some 5 star hotel yet be in touch with nature at the same time. PS: Pure Bushveld life!! Who can visit? Extremely satisfied, the best value for money. Super friendly staff, the place was very nice, clean and cozy. The host was very kind. The place looked and felt 100% better in person. I am super happy and really hoping that this host has other units in various locations. Keep it up Anisha!

A unique place to stay. A cosy cabin located in a quiet suburb in Midrand, just a stone throw away from Mall of Africa. The best venue I’ve been in so far. The space is clean, spacious, has a great view and best value for money. Wish I would have stayed much longer. Will definitely book the place out again soon.

Natanya was such a pleasure to deal with we had problems with one of the cars and she was on it to help us sort out the problem. Very kind and helpful of nature, beautiful and clean location love the log home. Natanya and husband did make us feel right at home will def go back any day.
