22 sqm studio apartment in central Uppsala. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, about a 10-minute walk from the Central Station. The apartment has an entrance at the back and is located in the basement. There is parking in front of the house, which is included in the accommodation. The kitchen is equipped for simple cooking. In the apartment's hallway/kitchen, the ceiling is lower in some areas, about 185 cm. The rest of the apartment has a standard ceiling height. The bed is 140 cm wide. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the building and can be booked on the laundry room door.

With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

The boat is equipped with simpler bathroom with shower cubicle and separate toilet. Kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer and oven/microwave. The beds are distributed in a 120 cm bed and 160 cm in the sleeping loft as well as an extra mattress. On the deck, you can sit under the parasol and enjoy the city's pulse. The boat also works in winter and you can enjoy a wood-burning stove.

Enjoy a morning or evening dip from the jetty 30 metres away, which you share with the landlords who live in the large house a little further up. Take a trip on the lake or a walk in the woods right outside your door. Nearby, you'll find the Fjällnora outdoor area, and if you want to go into town, it's about 20 minutes to Uppsala city, where you'll find all the restaurants and shopping you could imagine.
