Lantligt boende, beläget mitt i byn, men upplevs ändå som avskilt med sin lummiga trädgård. Sommartid finns det gott om cykelstråk och nära till badplatsen Sandön (10 min promenad). På vintern finns tillgång till slalombacke och längdskidspår (10 min med bil till Lindbäcks stadion). Huset har tre 2-bäddsrum + 1 bäddsoffa lämplig för 1-2 barn, d v s sängplatser för totalt 6-8 pers. Två sovrum är belägna på andra våningen. Stort kök. Badrum med dusch. Huset har wifi. Lakan och handdukar ingår.

With forrest behind, and meadow beside, this is as close to nature you can get and still be near bus stop and food store, 1 & 10 min walks. Yes, you can see the northen ligths, but thats mostly up to weather and luck anyway. In winter, elks may be eating from garden trees, mostly at dusk or dawn. Two extra beds can be supplied, six persons can comfortably live in this large house. This is a home, not a hotel. Please leave it as you found it, clean. Please read the extra house rules first!

Charmig stuga i allmogestil, i Sandnäset 700 m från Luleälven. Stugan har tre rum, sovrum med två sängar,allrum och ett litet men funktionellt kök. Liten men trivsam altan under tak finns med plats för bord och 2-3 stolar. Intill altanen finns dusch och wc.Du har stugan för dig själv! Badstrand finns på Sandnäsudden (ca 1 km). Härbret

Det rustika "Härbret" med sovloft bjuder på en mysig vistelse med känsla av att vara nära naturen. Köksdelen har kyl, kaffebryggare och kokplattor. "Kaminrummet" med många fönster har en egen vedeldad kamin som som både värmer och skapar en alldeles egen atmosfär. En toalett (vattenlös sk. Separett) finns i anslutning till Kaminrummet. Dörr från kaminrummet leder till egen uteplats. Duschen finns ute i den vedeldade bastu-vagnen. 520 kr/natt/1 person , sen 190kr/natt för varje extra gäst

Gäststuga med obegränsade fritidsaktiviteter

Newly built farm house by the sea and beach with proximity to nature and the fireplace on the beach, use free equipment for cross-country skiing, kick-skating and ice fishing at the cottage. There is an ice road suitable for walking, cross-country skating and kick-skating. Forest paths for walking and picking berries, bathing jetty and sandy beach for swimming. Free access to bicycles, small boat and fishing equipment. Minimum 4 nights for booking unless otherwise agreed.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende i en fantastisk miljö. Här finns allt du behöver för ett bra boende för fyra personer. Bara 20 meter från Piteå Älv. På tomten finns en privat sandstrand för härliga bad. Det finns också möjlighet att låna bastun som ligger precis vid vattnet. Stugan är modern och nyrenoverad. Endast 10 minuter till Centrala Piteå. Nära affär och friluftsliv. Inga husdjur, rökning ej tillåtet. Slappna av och låt pulsen gå ned på Solberga!

Rymligt gårdshus

Mellan Piteå, Luleå och Älvsbyn finns detta charmiga hus. Sjulsmark är en gammal jordbruksbygd med fina landskap, med städerna 25-35km bort! Promenadavstånd till byns 24Food-butik, söndagsloppis och mysiga Jössgården. I anslutning till byn finns två fiskesjöar med inplanterad fisk, badplatser och hundspann. Gårdshuset ligger i ett lugnt och tyst område med skogen och skoterspåret utanför dörren. Vänligen respektera att ni inte hyr våran del av trädgården.

Nice cottage in a rural setting near the coast

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
