Since arriving at the apartment, I love it, it was easy to get by taxi from the airport. The area is super quiet, comfortable, has an amazing view at night. Clean environments, had everything you need. You could use the kitchen, it is well equipped. If you come as a couple you will enjoy it. both the room and the room has air conditioning, which helps a lot to avoid the heat. The bathrooms tidy, with towels and soap. It was easy access also to the terrace to be in the pool, the good thing is that it is spacious and not many people go, which allows you to be quiet to take some incredible photos. I really recommend it, in every aspect, I would go back to this place again.

Clean space and very accessible to many local food spots! Miguel did an amazing job communicating from start to finish. My friend and I felt very comfortable and safe. The balcony views was amazing to fall asleep and wake up to. Thank you to Miguel and staff for everything!

Excellent experience at this apartment. From the very beginning, communication with Sandra was clear and prompt. She allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled and also helped us store our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient. The instructions to get to the building and access the apartment were easy to follow. The beds are very comfortable, and we received two towels per person for our stay. Although we didn’t use the kitchen or laundry area, the apartment is well-equipped with the basics, including a washer and dryer. The building’s security is excellent—only registered guests are allowed in, and the staff was always friendly. The view from the apartment is stunning, perfect for enjoying the sunset. The pool and jacuzzi areas were always clean, and the beach is just a few steps away. It’s a calm beach with very few vendors, which made it ideal for relaxing. Thank you to Sandra for being so attentive. Highly recommended!

Traditional Cartagena home. Exactly what we were looking for. Very good location with easy access to anything you may need. Alejandro and Freddy were friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts. We had a wonderful stay :)

Ill start with the “bad stuff” that might be a problem although it wasn’t a problem for us. The street this place is on comes alive at night so if you need peace and quiet understand there will be loud music and a party going on, on a Wednesday thru Friday. I love being amongst the local ppl for an authentic experience so that didn’t bother me. Next the water was not hot. It was lukewarm but in Colombia that should be expected. Now to the good stuff. This place is phenomenal. The staff is very friendly and engaging. Wendy kept are rooms clean and made excellent breakfast daily. Luis watched the place while we were gone and while we slept. We had good conversations as im trying to learn Spanish and he knew some English so wed chat often. The rooms were clean and we got as much linen and towels as we needed. I enjoyed my stay and so did my friends and i highly recommend this location. It was perfect. 10/10 if the two things i first mentioned above dont bother you.

Monica’s place is GORGEOUS and very clean. She was responsive and extremely friendly. The house is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and the party atmosphere of Getsemaní, but is somehow still quiet. There is occasional street noise from people passing by outside, but it isn’t constant. We felt incredibly safe in the area. The rooms have cold AC, but the interior of the house is open, so it does get warm in the courtyard. There are tight spiral staircases that would make it very difficult to bring large suitcases upstairs to the bedrooms, and may also pose issues for anyone with mobility issues. This was my first trip to Colombia, but I’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere but at Monica’s. The house really felt like “home” during my 10-day stay!

Viviana and Clemencia are the perfect hosts. This is my third time staying in this beautiful, not just because the house is beautiful and at a great location, but because they are great people as well... you can read my other 2 reviews and tell how much I love their penthouse.. whenever I'm in Cartagena I stay in their home.

Cartagena Classics is a must stay, don’t stay anywhere else but here, best trip I had in my life and Andre was very helpful and responsive the whole stay. I was well taken care of during my stay I highly recommend. Thank you for the amazing experience. All I can say is, I can’t wait to come back and book my stay with Cartagena Classics!

Our stay at Casona Mar was perfect. The house is stunning and spacious, easily fitting up to 14 people. Every detail is beautifully designed, offering both elegance and comfort. The host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and understanding, making check-in seamless. The location was ideal—everything in the Old City was within walking distance, from restaurants to nightlife and historical sights. We had a chef prepare breakfast daily, and her cooking was amazing. The staff, including the cleaners, was trustworthy and professional, ensuring we felt safe and well cared for. The host kindly extended our checkout by an hour and even came by to say goodbye and check on our stay! There was literally nothing to complain about. If you’re visiting Cartagena with a group, I highly recommend Casona Mar. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again!

We loved Casa Vera! We had the most amazing stay at this place. I was here with my husband and three kids. Casa Vera was the perfect place for us to unwind after busy mornings exploring the wondrous city that is Cartagena! Highly recommend for families, couples or other groups. The beds are extremely comfortable, the location is perfect and the cleaning/homemade breakfast combo made my vacation truly a vacation. And the pool… what a perfect way to cool off in an incredible setting. Can’t wait to come back with my girlfriends for a ladies trip!

I highly recommend this airbnb for some many reasons. This listing is absolutely STUNNING! it's quiet, SAFE , clean and has this incredible aroma that's warm and welcoming and spread throughout the entire apartment. The bed and sofas were extremely comfortable, the bath towels and pool towels were extra soft and just felt great against our skin. We're sticklers regarding clean kitchens and bathrooms and both were immaculate. The two large screen tv's came in clutch, as well as the 1.5 bathrooms. This place is a modern luxury dream. We were really impressed with our host, Andre made sure there were k-cups coffee, coffee mate coffee creamer as well as beer and water for our stay. We loved this stay and we will 100% book again!

Mrs. Eliana was very friendly and helpful. We stayed with my parents (71 years old) , my niece (24 years old) , my husband, my son (4 years old) and me. We were super comfortable. My son enjoyed everything! The beautiful pool with ocean views. All very friendly security service is available. Jair and Luis very friendly recommended us people to do tours and we really appreciate them because the tour was great! The large rooms and the beds were very comfortable. My parents were very happy. The balcony is nice with the hammock and the dining room. Everything in the apartment works perfectly. The kitchen is small but we were actually able to cook 🧑‍🍳 our breakfasts. The only suggestion is a small table to be able to support one in the kitchen for the same thing it is small. If I returned to Cartagena I would not hesitate to stay where Mrs. Eliana. Thank you so much for everything!

This place was the BEST we can get, near to EVERYTHING, super markets, pharmacy, the mall, literally 5- 6 min to the most important tour places. The neighborhood is very peaceful, The pool is really nice. But the best was the amazing view you have. Definitely getting this same place when i come back.

Me gustaría regresar. English: I like it a lot. It's a great value. It's close to a beach (a little far from the old city and other spots), but there's a lot of taxis right outside, it's right near the Hilton Cartagena. There's parking if you have a rental car like I did. There's a great view with fresh air if you open the windows.
