Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Kojtet er en svensk ødegård beliggende i det sydlige Småland. Huset ligger midt i skoven med udsigt over en stor eng. Der er under 900 m til søen Möckeln. Huset er et smukt gammelt hus, der med nænsom hånd er restaureret, så det passer til en moderne familie. Her kan bo op til ti personer i huset på de to etager - ideelt til to familier med børn. En ferie på Kojtet giver uanede muligheder for afslapning og aktiviteter i og omkring huset, i skoven eller ved vandet - for både store og små.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Cozy cabin in the woods with sauna close to lake!

A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. The cabin is around 50 m² and sleeps 5 persons with 2 single beds and 2 double beds to choose from. Firewood, maps, sauna, rowing boat etc is all inclusive & dogs are of course welcome too!

Njut av naturen nära kulturella Råshult med dess vackra vandringsleder samt närheten till Älmhult och IKEA. Nyrenoverat hus med modern standard. Sjöutsikt och gångavstånd till Såganäs Friluftsbas med badbrygga och kanoututhyrning. 5 km till Diö där närmsta pizzeria och tågstation finns. Lägg till 2 km och du hittar Bykrogen i Liatorp. 7 km söderut finns Älmhult med affärer och resturanger och så klart IKEA och IKEA Museum. Fiske finns både i Såganäs sjön samt Möckeln och Virestadsjön.

Hot tub on the terrace, sauna and a lovely outdoor grill and pizzaowen for a cozy hangout. The rent includes 1 canoe for 3 per person, and bicycles to borrow.

Följ stigen utmed udden till bryggan för ett bad. Vedeldad bastu, båt och kanot kan ni hyra på plats. Bastu 500kr, båt eller kanot 200kr. Stugan ligger i anslutning till naturreservat samt vandrings- och cykelled. Fiskekort behövs för fiske i sjön. Avstånd med bil: 5 min till Simlångsdalen, 20 min till Halmstad

Lakan och handdukar medtages eller tillhandahålls 130 kr eller 13 euro/set. Boka före ankomst och betalas kontant. Städning är INTE inräknad. Önskas städning av oss boka i god tid före er ankomst. The mill is several hundred years old, but the apartment is modern. The apartment is an open planning, and you have the sound of the river directly outside the window. Tystnad, lugn och ro! Vi vill dela med oss av vårt paradis. Tillgång till båt och grillplats och oändligt med grusvägar. En egen lägenhet som ligger i vår verkstadsdel precis utanför vårt bostadshus. Vandring och cykling i magisk natur. Jälluntoftaleden är 12 km låg och ligger nära. Abborrar och gädda i sjön. Fiber-nätet vid regniga dagar! Ni har tillgång till båt och ved. Inget fiskekort krävs.
