Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Sjön Bolmen ligger några hundra meter från gården och på promenadavstånd når du härliga badstränder eller båten som du får låna om du vill åka ut och prova fiskelyckan. Till huset hör en rymlig trädgård med utemöbler och grill. På bottenplan finns kök och matplats, ett stort vardagsrum, ett mindre rum och en härlig veranda. På övre plan finns de båda sovrummen med fyra bäddar, badrum och toalett.
