Trefranck farmhouse Annex is situated on a working farm. The barn is a beautiful modern self contained place. Perfect stopover if you're working in the area, on holiday or having a couple nights away. You have your own door to come & go as you please. The layout is a open plan sitting room & kitchen, shower room & bedroom which has a kingsize bed (can be split to twin). We are located just off the A395, 8 miles to Launceston & 8 miles to Camelford, 4miles Davidstow. Perfect to explore Cornwall

It is easy to get to both the North, and South coast from Swallows Nest, giving you access to many of Cornwall's beaches and lovely little ports. Set in a rural location on our smallholding just a mile outside St Teath, with excellent access to the North Cornwall Coast and Bodmin Moor. This is a very convenient location for visiting many of Cornwall's attractions as Polzeath, Rock, Port Isaac, Tintagel, Boscastle St Breward and Blisland are all within a 20 minute drive. Lots of information on things to do and see.

Cook in the superbly well equipped and spacious modern kitchen, enjoy cosy evenings by the fire, and maybe watch a film with the state of the art sound surround system. All interiors are furnished to a very high level of quality and artistic design. It is set in 50 acres of North Cornish farmland.

The loft

Wake up to wide sea views across the coastline towards the legendary castle island. The Loft is a peaceful, romantic retreat for two with its own private path leading directly down to the South West Coast Path and the beach below. Tucked away above the cliffs yet only a short walk from the village, it’s the perfect place for coastal walks, sunsets over the Atlantic and quiet mornings watching the sea. Many guests tell us the view alone makes them never want to leave.

Cosy Cabin by the Sea near Tintagel & Coastpath

'Captain's Cabin' is a great base for exploring the incredible North Cornish coastline or relaxing on the decking with a good book and our homemade cream tea! You can walk across the meadows to Tintagel Castle, village pubs & cafes galore! Explore the lane up to National Trust land and the dramatic coastpath where you can head southwest for 3/4 of a mile to Trebarwith Strand or head in the other direction to Bossiney Beach, Rocky Valley & famous Boscastle Harbour.

Trewinnick Lodge

Trewinnick Lodge is a spacious three-bedroom modern barn conversion on a 44 acre former farm, now a regenerative tourism project. Set on top of Trevillet Valley overlooking Bossiney Bay, in between the villages of Tintagel and Boscastle, it is the perfect location for exploring the North Cornish coast. The site offers fabulous sunset views over the fields and sea (from March to September).
