“Robyn’s Nest” 100m walk to waterfront

Located in Brighton just a short walk to the waterfront, local pool, shops, & restaurants. You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

Security camera are in place 1) the carport (guest parking) 2) private residence front stairs 3) private residence rear deck 4) back yard. Use of pool subject to availability. NO cameras in the guest accommodation. Booker must be a staying guest.

Our guest house by the pool features 2 levels in a loft style. The entire house is tastefully decorated with some antique furniture, paintings and charming details. There is a kitchenette and living area with bathroom downstairs. Bedroom, TV and reading upstairs. From the upstairs room you step onto a balcony from where you have good views of the pool and the surrounding neighbourhood.

My recently renovated Small but Quiet and Cosy Unit is located 10kms from the city and 16 km from the Airport. There is on-site parking which is very close to my door with public transport behind my place on the main road. The unit is located in Aspley with a short walk to Australia's largest Westfield Shopping Centre which has everything and more to see. Come along and stay.
