My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Conveniently located half way between Sydney and Brisbane, we are less than 2 minutes off the highway. Come and enjoy the peaceful space, the serenity, the bird life and mountain views on our semi rural setting of 1.5 acres in the beautiful Boambee valley.
