Villa holiday rentals in Boomerang Beach

We had a great couple of days in Nelson Bay and I recommend this apartment to anyone. We mistakenly booked this apartment, as we tried to book the apartment next to it with the garden. A big shoutout to the rental company who went above and beyond to cover my mistake and tried to got us rebooked. Unfortunately another booking was made right at the time and we couldn’t move. But again, the company offered us to rebook to another date and tried to help us out. But, in the end we were just fine, the apartment is just great, it felt like newly refurbished. The location is fantastic, a 20 minutes walk to the marina, a 8 minute walk to little beach, 5 minute drive to Shoal Bay etc. We will be definitely coming back!

This was a great place to stay for a week near the beach. Handy location near shops and cafe. Clean and very comfortable. Great enclosed back garden for our little dog.

We had a great stay at Melanie's over the New years period. The house has a great layout for families or large friend groups looking for a relaxed getaway. The house is well looked after and has all the amenities you could need for any length of getaway.

We had a great stay in Olas! The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jaymie was easy to communicate with and made everything simple. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at the beach house! The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a nearby playground for the kids. One of the standout features was the amazing shower pressure. The location is perfect, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and the beach. There’s plenty of roadside parking, making it an ideal spot for a holiday, especially for families with kids. We’ll definitely be back!

The villa was at a great location being just around the corner from Blueys Beach and the shops, and it was easy to drive to other beautiful beaches and lakes, Forster / Seal Rocks. It had everything one could need, and it was very nice to sit on the balcony in the sun. Overall we had a nice and comfortable stay and we’ll definitely be back in the future.

A Mediterranean Dream – The Perfect Getaway! Our stay at Jaymie’s breathtaking Mediterranean villa in Anna Bay was nothing short of a dream! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning architecture, serene ambiance, and luxurious details—especially the private plunge pool, which made our stay even more special. Jaymie has truly created an oasis. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and she was incredibly informative and helpful throughout our stay. Every little detail of the villa was thoughtfully curated, making it feel like a slice of paradise. My husband and I were so inspired by the beauty and elegance of this space that we are now planning to renovate our own home! Beyond the villa, the location itself is magical! From thrilling camel rides and 4x4 adventures on the sand dunes to dining at incredible restaurants (Atmos in Shoal Bay served some of the best food we’ve ever had!), every moment of our trip was unforgettable.

Great time with family. Kids played in the beach or pool. The accommodation had everything we needed including oven and washing machine (it was old and needed some fiddling to work out).

We had a lovely stay at One Mile Ridge. The kids loved the infinity pool & spa! The villa was clean and conveniently located within a short drive of beaches and shops.

A wonderful villa with everything we needed! Amazingly clean and perfect size for a family of four. Full kitchen which is always handy travelling with kids. At 5mins walking distance to Blueys Beach, 10mins walk to Boomerang Beach and a short walk away from a strip of cafés and shops. Definitely recommend!
