Apartment holiday rentals in Boone County

Showed up in town late Sunday night, one day ahead of schedule, post was willing and able to accommodate an extra night without issues. Great shared space w/ private bedroom and bath. quiet modern apartment with great access and good features. very good space if you don't mind sharing the kitchen and the living room. very responsive and proactive host.

Great location. Clean and good communication

I had a problem finding the location because the building is new, some streets are not yet on maps. Also, I went with the map on airB&B which was incorrect. Host send me the proper info and with that all was easy.

This 3 bedroom/two bathroom was perfect for what we needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms had toiletries, kitchen had Keurig/coffee and utensils. The apartment complex was quiet and safe. We look forward to staying here again the next time we are in Zionsville.

Niche and peaceful place to stay at.

We had a great experience using IRIE Living. The unit was as described, very clean and comfortable. We were provided detailed instructions on how to locate and enter our unit, making the checkin process easy. All questions/communications with our host were responded to quickly. The location is great- close to freeways, restaurants and shopping. We were in town for a basketball tournament and found the location convenient to the fieldhouse as well. Most importantly we felt safe, comfortable and welcomed during our stay. Overall a great experience with IRIE Living and we will definitely be using them again when we return to the area.

This was a new, clean, well-stocked listing. We had a great stay. We needed a few things while there and the host was wonderful to quickly provide or fix! They even provided a monitor at the desk we could hook up to for work. The only downside was we could hear interstate noise from the master bedroom.

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! Thank you to TJ and BizStay! Great trip!
