The bathroom is for the exclusive use of guests and is located on the ground floor; it can be accessed by going outside and going down the steps, and is equipped with everything you need. The house is ideally located for hiking, halfway between the upper and lower valleys.

The location is excellent for exploring the Cuneo valleys, and is just minutes from Cuneo and neighbouring towns.
