Apartment holiday rentals in Borgholm

Tomas was incredibly helpful and keen for us to have a good time with him. Everything was very adapted for our family and the kids really enjoyed it! The proximity to both Kalmar Castle, playgrounds, restaurants and concert area made it easy for us to explore Kalmar and we are happy to stay more times at Tomas's place!

A nice apartment. Large, with private entrance, comfortable beds, kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Sten is a super nice host, helpful and has a lot to tell about the surroundings. Also got good tips for onward trip to Öland. We enjoyed ourselves and can warmly recommend the accommodation.

The second time we rented and just as happy this time. A really good place for the family that is highly recommended!

Our stay in Köpinsvik was above and beyond, proximity to the beach, Ica and restaurants, was more than what we expected. We rented a bike from nearby camping, so we could easily get into Borgholm. It took about 15 minutes to bike there. What we wished was that there was more than one parking. Jonas always responded when contacting him, however, we did not meet him in person without all communication was via message. Can highly recommend this home, as it was absolutely perfect!

Visited Öland with our 2 children and really enjoyed it. Amazing, cozy and fresh accommodation right next to the sandy beach and its boardwalk. Close to bakery, grocery store, etc. It's not supposed to be the last time we rent accommodation from Sanna.

Urban was a great host, very friendly and incredibly helpful. We came to do the Ironman and when my bike didn't arrive (due to flight issues!), he went above and beyond in offering alternatives should I need them (my bike did arrive in the end!). Very practical place to stay, very close to the beach where you can swim and relax and workout and a walkable to town. Great stay

Beautiful guest house in a family villa

Nice and spacious accommodation with all the amenities one might need and a nice host. Perfect location with close proximity to both the city center and swimming. Exceeded my and teenage children's expectations. Thank you!

We had a great stay here. Communications were well in advance of arrival. We even got a travel recommendation for where to stop in our way from Stockholm. We were met upon arrival and given a brief overview. It was a smooth check-in. The unit was top-shelf. Spotless. Fully equipped. Coffee ready to go in the machine. So many big TVs! The small deck was nice to sit outside on and chill. Beds were comfortable. Towels were fresh. Dedicated parking for a single vehicle was right next to the building. It was a very quick drive into town. There's a good $3/day lot by the train station. After paying through the nose for parking across Scandinavia, it was a nice change.

Very nice place and walkable to everything that you need. Agnieszka was very communicative and arranged for a friend to meet us who was super friendly.

Clean, spacious, comfortable apartment in a quiet location yet also walking distance to the old town & castle. Michael & Emanuel were very responsive, helpful & flexible hosts. Only downside is the bathroom is small but it is clean, functional & has a great shower. Also, the pillows are small & only 2 provided. Nevertheless, overall highly recommend this apartment if staying in Kalmar.

The place lived up to our expectations. Clean and fresh as well as the area was quiet and cozy. Most things are within walking distance and there is free parking. Can really recommend this home!

The apartment we rented was great, everything we needed was there for our family. Perfect location for those who love northern Öland like us. Close to beach and attractions. In the apartment we had fully furnished kitchen, toilet and shower, private entrance with its own small lawn. Parking is available adjacent to the door. Finally, we just want to raise Marita who is a great host. We hope to come again!

We had a perfect stay at Malin’s beautiful home. It had everything we needed and was in a super location close enough to walk into the city and all its attractions. Thank you Malin and family for making our introduction to Kalmar so memorable.
