Summer 2025 in Senigallia ☀️🏖️ "Il mare in città" is a charming apartment in the heart of Senigallia, a stone's throw from the sea. It was my home for a long time and now I make it available to you, my traveling friends. Kitchen and living room in an open space environment, a double bedroom with walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower and full amenities. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, TV in both the kitchen and bedroom. Access is via Self Check-in. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

RosaClara Casetta

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

BREAKFAST includes a typical Italian breakfast at the BAR TROVELLESI under the house. The ZTL times may vary, so we advise all guests to pay attention and look at the times on the displays before entering the gates with the cameras. CHECK-IN at 4:00 PM CHECK-OUT at 10:00 AM

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The suite is an independent attic located in a villa with a large enclosed garden, located in a quiet and elegant residential area near the historic centre of Senigallia and only 600 metres from the main Lungomare of Senigallia. The property is equipped with an internal parking lot in which you can park your car for free, a real rarity and comfort, in an area where it is difficult to find parking even out of season.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The flat is at the basement of our family villa, it has been completely renovated in 2024. It is a cozy retreat for couples who wants to have a base to explore the area. Not suitable for big families or couples with big dogs. Not suitable for people taller than 1,90cm.
