Vicky and Mike couldn’t have been better hosts! The house was spacious, clean and quiet! Close to everything! The hosts were quick to respond to every question we had and they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood beach was about two blocks away and has a great little food spot right on the beach!! Try Pizzería Estela!! Eat their food, drink their drink and listen to their music all while watching the sunset! The house was more than enough space for our family of four. Bathrooms were clean and the outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach! Rincon was awesome and we’d definitely stay at La Casa Sunshine again!!

Beautiful home! Exactly as described and the bedrooms were so spacious. Nice kitchen. Beautiful yard. I loved everything about it. The location was perfect as I have family in the area and everything was close by.

The host was very responsive, nice and helpful. The home was very clean and beautiful. The kitchen wow has a view to the area, bedrooms spaceful and comfortable, the pool was great and has a grill to pass a nice day relax in family. A must stay. Will be visiting again. Thank you.

Fue una sorpresa para mi esposo y quedo encantado, un fin de semana espectacular, gracias por la decoración. Un lugar muy ameno para disfrutar en pareja, tranquilo, todo está segun las fotos, lo recomiendo al 200%.

Amazing. Pictures don't do the house and pool justice! Pool and backyard are like a private oasis. House is large and well equipped. Location is great. Walkable beach and groceries and a million other things.

The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect — tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private, but still just minutes from amazing beaches, great local restaurants, and fun outdoor adventures like hiking and surfing. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful — they provided local tips that made our trip even more special. This place is a true slice of paradise. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic, serene Puerto Rican escape.

Josie's place captivated me from the moment I saw the stunning ocean view. Ideally located in a safe area with easy parking, it's close to surf spots, stores, and restaurants. The studio was spotless and the water pressure in the shower was top-notch. The serene shared patio is perfect for relaxing to the sounds of the ocean (and chilling with the two friendly cats). Highly recommend, I can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Crashboat beach is an easy walk, though stairs are involved. The space had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable with a nice hot water shower and also a convenient outdoor spigot to wash the beach sand off. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Excelente localización! Céntrico en Rincón. Justo como lo describe, muy limpio y con lo necesario. Hasta con snacks y agua embotellada nos recibieron. Nos encantó.

Andrew-Elizabeth helped a lot finding the place. They communicated very well on how to get there. The room was very spacious and lots of room for all 3 of us. It was a great location and we enjoyed our short stay.

The place was nice. The place was literally in a great area, close to everything. Super close to "Crash Boat" my favorite beach in the area. Lots of delicious restaurants in the area. Brian was very helpful with the clear instructions given to us. Everything went smooth.

Place is great. Quite. close to everything. and nice swimming beach in the back walking distance! so much better than beating thr crowds at the famous beaches! awesome place!

I love to return to Casa Cotorra, immaculate apartment, extraordinary amenities and it close to supermarkets, a bakery and Rincon beaches.

Pasamos un fin de semana fabuloso. Excelente localizacion frente a la entrada del balneario. Muchos lugares para explorar a buena distancia. La limpieza del apartamento muy buena y las instrucciones de la estadía claras y directas.

Excelente alojamiento! El apartamento es grande y muy cómodo. Tenía de todo, creo que es el alojamiento más equipado que he encontrado. La ubicación es excelente, muy tranquila la zona. El famoso tablado de Isabela queda justo a pasos del apartamento, literalmente al lado. Me encantó!

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.
