Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it might not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Roubenka Meandra - studio 32 m²

Stylishly furnished studio (32m2) in the attic of a log cabin, on the outskirts of the village of Borová Lada in the Šumava National Park near the popular Chalupská slatina (1km) or Knížecí plání (5km). The studio offers a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bed 180cm, a sofa bed, a table with chairs, a bathroom and a toilet. Suitable for a couple with one child or 3 guests. The village is an ideal starting point for cycling trips. In winter, a number of cross-country ski trails leading to Kvildu, Nové Hutě, Knížecí Pláně, etc. are mechanically maintained in the village.

The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Old Town Living Studio

This unique, cosy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of the historic centre of Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely refurbished, with a focus on detail, comfort and functionality. The centrepiece of the studio is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, guaranteeing perfect rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while away from home.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Roubenka Na Radosti

You'll make lots of new memories in this unique family-friendly place. The historic log cabin is set in large fenced grounds with its own volleyball court, sunken trampoline, seating area with fire pit, grill and smokehouse. It offers peace and privacy in the middle of the Sumava woodland. The charming Kramata lake is located near the complex - an ideal place for swimming. In winter you can go cross-country skiing directly from the lodge. The ski slopes are only a few minutes away by car.
