Outstanding location with unobstructed views of the rapeseed fields! Only 3.5 km to miles of sandy beaches. Newly renovated guest apartment on horse farm on the outskirts of Borrby. Close to service, restaurants, ICA and pharmacy. The apartment has a private patio with barbecue in a sunny location with evening sun and magical views, surrounded by horse pastures and rapeseed fields. Fresh eggs are available at the farm! Locally produced raw materials can be ordered. Apt has one double bed and one single bed, can be added more sleeping places. Bed linens and towels can be rented.

Teacher's residence at former Österlenskola in Örnahusen

Separate part of house in Örnahusen near the sea (700 m) on lovely Österlen. The house smartly decorated with two completely separate apartments where the apartment we rent has: private entrance, large patio, shower, toilet, washing machine, kitchen, bikes, 6 beds (2 double beds + 1 single bed + 1 sofa bed). The house is next to old school & this house is formerly the teacher's residence. On Österlen it is close to everything & there is lots to experience: swimming, beaches, food, drink, culture, beautiful landscape, hiking, golf, padel etc.

Olas Yard

Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the completely renovated stable which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. To the accommodation there is a large landscaped garden,"Olas garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. There's also a pond, a rose walkway as well as a lot of berries and fruits. The house has a sauna and a fire place. The bus to Simrishamn and Ystad stops right outside the house.

Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. The owner lives with his 2 children in the adjacent house. Warm welcome!

Here you stay in a beautiful 20's house with proximity to Österlen's full range of beaches, sights, galleries, restaurants and much more. The bus between Ystad and Simrishamn stops in the neighborhood next door and in the village there is a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, ATM, etc. The property has three rooms for up to five guests, a well-equipped kitchen (new kitchenette) with exit to the balcony (sun most of the day - south/west).

Welcome to our wonderful oasis in the heart of Österlen! From here it is close to everything Österlen has to offer; beaches, sights, galleries, restaurants.. The guest house is a smaller house in the garden that was originally the whole village common freezer house! The house is about 25 square meters and has newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen, adjustable double bed 180 cm, TV, dining table and bathroom. A bright and nice house! Full access to the large secluded and thriving garden with several patios.

Peaceful and beautiful yard, close to everything!

On the separated 19th century farm Blästorps Gård, you live secluded in a separate house with its own garden surrounded by vast fields. Here the tranquility reigns. Nevertheless, the location is quite central in Österlen, in between the slightly larger villages Hammenhög in the north and Borrby in the south, just over 3 km to each village. Within just 1 mile you can reach most things and within 2 miles you reach "everything".

Stenstallet West. Newly built, beautiful apartment.

Where the miles of beaches begin, with cycling distance to the fishing village of Skillinge, lies Arnhög Farm. Here, you can see the sun rise from the sea and set among the fields. A short walk or bike ride and you're down on the beach. Secluded and quiet, yet close to everything Österlen has to offer. Newly built apartment with continuous sloping ceilings, open floor plan and nice views of the sea and the endless landscape.

Wonderful villa in Österlen, 150 meters from the sea

Welcome to a wonderful vacation home located by one of Sweden’s most beautiful beaches – Kyhls strand in Österlen. The surrounding is characterized by the beautiful, snow-white and miles long sand beach, drift hills and the beach forest. The sea bath is very shallow and therefore perfectly suited for families with children. The house is located at a 1 600 sqm lush yard with only 150 m to the beach.
