Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it might not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

THE WHOLE HOUSE FOR YOU with two apartments and a swimming pool! Come and relax in the hot tub at the Veronika house! From the balcony, outdoor terrace or hot tub you can watch the surface of the pond with all its animal inhabitants with a glass in your hand... If you are lucky, a kingfisher will fly in front of you and greet you with its typical greeting :-) You can spend evenings romantically by the fireplace, or outside at a barbecue with friends or family... In the heat, the recessed heated pool will cool you down, where you can swim comfortably in summer and in the evening :-)

Guests will find the apartment right in the city center. It has its own covered parking space and offers a modern interior and maximum comfort. It is 50m2 large incl. loggia and parking space in the building. It is located in a safe and quiet location, but at the same time only 5 minutes' walk from the city center. You will have at your fingertips everything the city has to offer: theaters, cinemas, bars, restaurants, cafes, swimming pool, shopping centers, bike path along the river, city landmarks such as the Black Tower, Přemysl Otakar II Square, town hall and much more.

Welcome to my beautiful apartment. You have just found the best place for your stay in České Budějovice. My apartment has everything you need for your comfortable stay, bedroom, bathroom, equipped kitchen and great location. The apartment is located in a quiet part of the center of České Budějovice, 5 minutes walk from Přemysl Otakar II Square. At a distance of 200m there is a city park with benches and a fountain. Apartment 2+kk is airy, facing west. The accommodation is great for couples, solo travelers, and business trips.

The bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and a folding chair. There's a sofa bed in the kitchen/living room. A total of 5 places. The house has its own courtyard with outdoor seating. Possibility to rent a baby cot. The kitchen includes an electric stove with a glass ceramic hob, a kettle and a toaster. Accommodation on the outskirts of Č. Budějovice in the immediate vicinity of public transport (300 m.). Bus ride to the center about 10 minutes. There is also a restaurant, drugstore, tobacco shop or grocery store nearby.

For all admirers of South Bohemia, we offer accommodation in a newly renovated, former municipal shepherd's hut, about 200 years old. The cottage has all the comforts and space for 4 visitors. The entire cottage is at your disposal, two and a half rooms, a beautiful tiled stove, for which we will be happy to provide you with more detailed information. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, strong wifi. Small garden with terrace, Weber grill is also available

Chalupa U Čmeláka

A luxuriously equipped cottage for all who love unspoiled nature and still like to indulge in luxury accommodation. There is a spacious garden with a pergola and a terrace. In case of bad weather, you can sit in the lounge with a fireplace. Experience relaxation in a hot tub with a unique view (extra charge). The hot tub is located outside and is in operation from March 1 to October 31 (depending on current temperatures). We do not allow pets.

Deer Apartment

Designer apartment in the style of a mountain chalet with a fireplace and terrace, in a quiet village on the edge of České Budějovice and a short distance from Český Krumlov. Put your feet on the table and relax in this quiet, stylish accommodation. The apartment is located on the first floor and has two separate bedrooms with king size beds. Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle. Great for family, friends or 2 couples.

Our apartment offers very comfortable accommodation for larger groups or families with children. The accommodation has free parking and is just a step into nature, a short walk to the center, an hour to the mountains and a minute to the bike path. All bedding and towels are included in the price.
