The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Relax in this unique and charming accommodation close to the beach, nature and golf course. Living room with fully-equipped kitchen and fireplace. The apartment is located among Norra Borstahusen's cozy new houses. A park with a playground is right on your doorstep. Swimming, beach walk, Erikstorps kungsgård, Säbybäckens nature and Landskrona golf club (36 holes) are right next door. It is 200 meters to the nearest swimming jetty, 300 meters to the convenience store with breakfast buffet, 900 meters to Coop. It is within walking distance to four restaurants.

Stay comfortably in your own house

Warm welcome to pleasant Ekeby, a small town located in northwestern Skåne. Approximately 3,500 people of mixed ages live here, mainly in villas but also in some apartments and farms. In the village, there is a gas station, a kiosk with street kitchen and a pizzeria. One of Sweden's largest privately owned furniture stores is also located here, with a restaurant serving lunch, sandwiches and cakes. There is a health center. Grocery store is in the nearby towns - ICA Billesholm 7 km, Coop Kågeröd 10 km.

At Öresund

Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

Cozy and comfortable apartment in a cultural neighborhood!

The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Perfekt til både romantisk hygge og aktiv ferie med mountainbike, golf og skønne spisesteder i nærheden. Nyd kvalitetstid i det fuldt udstyrede køkken eller udforsk kulturperler som Louisiana og Kronborg. Her er plads til både afslapning og eventyr.

Stay in this unique, modern apartment with a style all its own, to experience southwestern Skåne, Landskrona's coastal strip or just sleep over the night. The apartment is centrally located with close to the city center, train station, lovely green areas and to the beach. Nearby grocery stores are available. By car or train, you can easily get to both Lund/Malmö or Helsingborg within 25 minutes or why not take the boat over to Ven for the day.

Ålabodarna Seaside

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation on the Öresund coastline in beautiful Borstahusen. Borstahusen is a small community outside Landskrona and close to Helsingborg and Malmö. In Borstahusen's harbor there is an art gallery, several restaurants and a fish shop. There are lovely swimming areas and good walking/hiking trails. The residence is in close proximity to a golf course.

Built in 1918 as a farm house, it is now tucked away in our tranquil garden, complete with a patio, deck, and bbq.
