Beautifully crafted barn conversion

Lovingly converted in 2021, Krow Kerrik was originally the cart house for Woolgarden , a farm nestled near the edge of Bodmin moor. Accommodating between 4 and 6 people, there are 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite, a mezzanine level with 2 chair beds, a shower room and stunning open plan kitchen and living space. The private garden with patio, seating and BBQ overlooks farmland. Perfectly situated in a quiet corner of North Cornwall, it is within easy distance of beautiful beaches and open moorland.

‘Pendora’ is a well appointed 3 bedroom home within a stones throw from the beach. Walking distance (albeit all uphill coming back) from local cafes & a pub & of course award winning Crackington Haven beach. Ground floor features living & dining area, kitchen, a twin room, a single room & family shower room. Access onto the balcony from the living/dining area with BBQ. Upstairs for the master suite with en-suite bathroom & views. Pets are welcome however they’ll be an additional cleaning fee.

Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Stunning views from the upstairs open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony for alfresco dining. Ground level has a lovely decking area with an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities.

Thyme at the Old Herbery

A self-contained, single-level property that is close to Davidstow & Bodmin Moor and a short drive to Boscastle, Tintagel, Bude and Camelford. It is well placed for local walks and excursions. There is outside space to enjoy along with views to Roughtor, the moor & the tallest hill in Cornwall, Brown Willy. The grassland around the property is perfect for active little legs (children or pets) to have a good stretch - we've even got enough tarmac for bikes, skateboards and roller-skates!

The Annexe in the heart of beautiful Cornwall.

The Annexe has been newly built from scratch to provide a home from home for guests. The Annexe is a 5 minute walk from the local sports centre with a soft play and swimming pool and a large park with a café opposite. We are also very close to the train and bus routes to the rest of Cornwall and local attractions (such as Charlestown, The Eden project and The lost gardens of Heligan to name but a few) so guests do not necessarily need to drive to make the most of their stay.

The accommodation is the entire first floor of a detached house in a quiet area with a beach nearby. Guests have parking on the driveway and access via a private door. This leads to stairs to the first floor, this will be solely for guests. This area consists of 1 double bedroom, a bathroom and a third smaller room to prepare and heat food, dine and watch TV. This first floor will be totally private to visiting guests during their stay.
