Welcome to our highly rated accommodation, a lovely annex with superb coastal location in the seaside town of Newquay. The Studio has it's own entrance, parking space & small private patio. A perfect location for a costal break a short walk from the beautiful Newquay Bay. Keep it local by visiting the stores at Chester Road only a 100m walk from the Studio. The local town is a short 10 min walk where you will find fresh food and lively bars. A perfect location if you love walking the coast path!

A wonderful warm, cosy & comfortable space. The ideal place for a break at any time of the year. Wake up to bird song, take an early morning stroll down the beach, a leisurely walk along the coastal path or simply unwind with a cup of coffee in our beautiful garden or at one of the local cafes.
