Going UP to our terrace (580ft2) you can enjoy one of the best view in the corner. You can also listen to the music in all rooms/terraces to make better your appetizer. Park your car in our private parking to avoid crazy fees on the peninsula. The best size to enter the parking (and enjoy the area) should be about 410cm x 180cm x 170cm (161in x 71in x 67in). Rent a small car to drive easy. Take a METRO (5 minutes far) to go easy and fast to SORRENTO. Go to the Seiano's marina to enjoy one of the best italian restaurant: "La Torre del Saracino" or just to have a glass by the sea. Our apartment is your apartment: you can use everything to feel confortable in the best way. If you smoke please do it outside on the terrace. You can ask input to me: I'll be more then happy to share informations about authentic experiences in the surroundings. From April the 1st until October the 31st each guest is required to pay the tourist tax: it's €1,50 person/day for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The amount is paid with cash at the check-in. Tax is not applied to people underage. Collected funds will help the city to improve the quality of tourist services. The house is in Seiano, a small and quiet village with all the important things for an enjoyable stay. Two restaurants are close to the apartment, and two master-chef restaurants are at the marina. A delicatessen, bar, and postal office are nearby. From SEIANO METRO STATION you can easy get by train: SORRENTO: 10 minutes POMPEI: 20 minutes ERCOLANO: 40 minutes, In summer time you can also take a boat to go from Seiano's marina to CAPRI: enjoy! By CAR you can easy go to POSITANO, AMALFI, RAVELLO. NOTE: the appartment is at the third floor without elevator. Be sure that you like fitness. In any case I'll be happy to help you with your suitcases. If you arrive by flight in Capodichino Airport, you can take the BUS "Curreri" in front of the entry: ask to the driver for Seiano STOP (usually they do it on demand).

Guarracino house-wonderful view, is located in an oasis of quiet, surrounded by greenery, with breathtaking views of the Bay of Naples. The strategic location, halfway between Naples and the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts, will allow you to visit: Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Pompeii, Naples, Herculaneum, Capri, Ischia, Vesuvius. To reach the house you need to have a car, preferably a small one. In 10 minutes you can reach the center, with its many restaurants and nightlife. The nearest beaches are about 2 km away.

Very nice and functional studio, very convenient for visiting the Scavi di Pompei (1 km on foot to the PORTA MARINA entrance) and IN FRONT OF THE SCAVI, YOU WILL FIND THE CIRCUMVESUVIANA STATION (LOCAL LINE) to visit SORRENTO, AMALFI AND POSITANO! TOURIST TAX 1 EURO PER PERSON PER NIGHT! You can pay the TOURIST TAX ON THE APP OR IN CASH WHEN YOU ARRIVE! THE CHECK-IN IS IN PERSON. Let me know when you arrive and I will be there! If you arrive after 10 p.m., you will pay an extra 15 euros in cash!

Completely renovated apt in the heart of Torre Annunziata. Perfect for visiting Pompeii, Amalfi coast, Napoli,Capri and many more important sites. Located in the first floor, this apartment has direct access to our 500 SQM garden and also to a privet courtyard. Access to our beautiful panoramic terrace is granted to our guest also. There is an adjacent bedroom with and independent entry that can be booked separately. It the second bedroom is booked 4 guest can be accommodated in the apt.
