House with a swimming pool

Well-lighted, spacious house of a 80 m2 consists of large living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and a gallery on the first floor. The road to the house is newly asphalted. The whole property, including a huge yard of a 2000m2 is fenced, to provide complete privacy to our guests. From the living room there is an exit to a spacious terrace under which is a swimming pool of a 32 m2. Next to the swimming pool there is an additional unit completely equipped for a barbecue.

Exceptional new holiday villa on Hvar Island

After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. Villa Grey is beautifully designed with so many glass doors and windows offering nice sea views, a very bright and pleasant interior with sun in every corner, furnished with style and elegance. The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.

Twin II

One idea, two brothers, two houses, architectural twins. The combination of the light, natural materials and couple of historical sculptures older more than 300 years make a perfect join. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the island and the Adriatic sea. One house can accommodate a group of max four people. The shared swimming pool is on the back of the houses, offering privacy and a place to relax for our guests.
