This suite is completely independent from the owner's space and is part of this brand new two-story villa. It has a closed courtyard, is safe and quiet, and is in a friendly neighborhood. The villa is located in Pakuranga Heights in the East, with extremely convenient transportation. The bus station is right at the door. It takes 5 minutes to get to the highway, 20 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to the city center and Auckland War Museum, and 7 minutes to Half Moon Bay. It is only a 3-minute drive from Lloyd Elsmore Park. Here you can enjoy the sun, grass, trails, swimming, gym, duck pond and children's playground. Next to it is Highland Park Shopping Center, with large foreign supermarkets and Chinese supermarkets. The nearest shopping mall, Pakuranga Plaza, is only a four-minute drive away, with a night market every Saturday at 6pm, Botany Downs Shopping Mall is an eight-minute drive away, and Sylvia Park Shopping Mall is a ten-minute drive away. The suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, and a kitchenette for simple cooking. Air-conditioning, HD TV, guest fridge and free fiber optic Wi-Fi available. Plenty of free parking on the street. Brand new bed linens, they are washed after guests check out, to keep the room clean and tidy. Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located studio. A 10 minute walk to the iconic Howick Village, with its many eateries and lovely bars you are spoilt for choice. A 5 minute walk to Owairoa Primary School. Howick Beach is only a 5 minute drive and bus stops near by, its also an easy ferry ride in to central Auckland City. Enjoy a BBQ on you own private deck in the evening sun. We'll say hello if we pass on the drive otherwise we'll leave you alone, unless you need something of course.
