Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.

The plot offers a fantastic view of Kaggfjärden, pastures and fields. The house is winterized and has been used as both a vacation home and permanent residence. Come here and enjoy!

This stylish newly renovated apartment in the basement floor of our house has everything that you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay in the outskirts of Stockholm. The area is calm and close to nature. The commuter train stops 15 min walk away, and it takes you to Stockholm central in approximately 20 minutes.
