Very quiet location, quiet neighbors, residential area with immediate access to shops and mall (10 min walk). You can park in front of the house, it is a one-way street with very little traffic, the street is lit at night. We do not have air conditioning; in winter, the average indoor temperature is 22/23 degrees. The main room is 4 X 3 m and includes an extendable sofa and a cooking area. The bathroom is private. You have access to direct wired internet connection, TV and Netflix.
