Surrounded by farms, 1 mile north of Coot Lake, 10 minutes from amazing mountain hikes, and 2 minutes from trails galore. Safe, quiet, cul-de-sac for the kiddos to ride their bikes or walk your pup. Amazing views and a quick drive to Boulder, Eldora, Longmont, and Gunbarrel. This cozy spot is within a spilt-level home and provides privacy as a separate unit.

Boulder/Twin Lakes with Great Light

Renovated with great light, vaulted ceiling, new deck, and mature trees. A 10-minute walk by a beautiful lake with bird watching and views brings you to the dog-friendly Avery Restaurant Brewery. Smoking & parties are not allowed. Young families are nearby. Dogs are welcome, but strict rules apply. Please read them carefully before booking. A co-host lives in the self-contained, sound-insulated basement accessed by a separate entrance through the garage. This is my home 2/3 of the year.

This is a private quiet downstairs suite. The suite includes a bedroom with a full size bed, a fully remodeled private bathroom with shower/ tub, a living area with a large flat screen TV with Netflix, a kitchenette, laundry, access to a back deck, yard, and a sky chair for relaxing. Enjoy easy access to trails around and beyond Wonderland Lake. Walk to Lucy's Market or to Lucky's Cafe for breakfast, or enjoy Italian or Chinese food, all a block away. This area is the best of North Boulder!

Little Red Treehouse

Open May 1 2019 . The Little Red Tree house accommodates two guests only. It has huge views, private shower, with separate powder room sink and toilet. It has an efficiency kitchen, with small sink and counter top,as well as a fridge. The tree house is equipped with heat/air and electricity. Located on the way to Rocky Mountain NP, directly across from Rocky Grass There is a full size pull down Murphy bed which sleeps two , the fairy loft sleeps one.Total occupancy two people maximum !

Socially distance in a private suite in a beautiful mountain retreat with panoramic views of the mountains including the Continental Divide. The suite has it’s own private entrance, bathroom, and living area. It’s perfect for those who want to stay in a quiet, secluded area in the mountains, while still being only 10 mins drive from the Pearl Street Mall. We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.
