It has a newly remodeled bathroom, separate entrance, easy parking, a partial kitchen & grocery nearby. There are no shared spaces and we are a quick bike or bus ride to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You can walk to get coffee, a grocery store and gorgeous Wonderland lake. Kid friendly! Enjoy the natural beauty of 4.5 acres surrounding this historic farmhouse guest suite. You will be staying in the farmhouse that was built in 1930 and renovated in 2022. You have a private entrance on the guest dedicated front porch complete with a swing. It has two bedrooms each with queen size beds.
