Octon is a village that is both quiet and active, where life is good. Modern and comfortable, it will undoubtedly be the starting point for beautiful getaways to discover exceptional landscapes and sites. Swimming, canoeing, pedal boating, hiking, mountain biking, there are plenty of activities around the lake.

Rated 3 stars, the 105 m2 apartment is air-conditioned, with a 30 m2 terrace. Ideally located 250 meters from the Étang de Thau, overlooking the pond and 700 meters from the beaches, on the first floor of a villa, very comfortable staircase, separate entrance, very well insulated, it is perfect for couples and families (with kids) equipped with sun loungers, parasol, table for eight people, southwest facing, very nice. Two parking spots, secured on the villa.

Waterfront in the South

Better than a swimming pool: the Étang de Thau is 5 m from the apartment. You can swim there safely (low depth on the edge, water warmer than the sea and of very good quality). The neighborhood is a point extending over the pond, but remains close to the city center. The apartment (37 m²) is a first floor that is part of a villa, but independent. Very bright, it faces west on the pond and its sunsets, and east on 400 m² of wooded garden (vines, fig trees).

The ruffe, (red sand) typical landscapes of Salagou will amaze you in all seasons.
