This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance. Includes a spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

Stay as a family or with friends in Kaysville. Great for birthday parties. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views and the spectacular sunsets over the Great Salt Lake. This new basement apartment is close to ski resorts (25 minutes to Snow Basin). It's 4 miles from Lagoon. Adjacent to Davis Tech Disc Golf Course. The course is free to use, and discs are included if you want to play during your stay. You'll have a private entrance. The covered patio with grill and fire pit is for your private use.

Beautiful views, close to the North Ogden divide for ski resorts and Pineview Reservoir. Enjoy the air hockey, foosball, skee-ball, arcade, pinball, pool and ping pong table, along with the basketball game. Enjoy your favorite show, or OG Nintendo on the big screen. Unwind after a day on the slopes in the hot tub.
