The apartment does NOT have airconditioning. It does have a window unit in the bedroom from April to September.

It's about a ten minute walk to all of the 'Boystown' nightlife. There is no parking available with the apartment.

Small garden unit in the heart of Wrigleyville. Steps from both Wrigley and Boystown. The apartment has a queen bed in the bedroom and a sitting area with a TV and mini-dining area. In addition, the apartment has mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine w/ pods, and small dining table. There is no kitchen; fortunately Chicago has a multitude of amazing restaurants to choose from! Includes full bathroom with shower and linens.

Getting to all major destinations is key while also coming back to a quiet neighborhood. Only a few steps from public transportation. The unit is attached to a single family home with your own private entrance and access to the backyard that has a gas grill and fire pit (and pups at times that like to play fetch). I am a 1 mile walk to Wrigley Field. Also had a pull out couch if need additional sleeping space.
