Our guests will stay in a village house with a historical settlement. It is a village house worth a visit with a view, nature, oxygen and fresh air. You can relax as a family at this peaceful place to stay. The village of Lübbey takes its name from Lup, son of the Sardes king. It dates back to 1200 years ago. The village has plenty of oxygen and the nature and climate is beautiful. Lübbey Village is one of the first villages made with adjacent order with stone structures. While 650 people lived in the village until 1984, there are now 10.

House is on 1 acre of land and &300 m2 in total.Closed garage for 2cars.Pool is open from May to October during year.Swimming pool is private and 5m*10m, depth is 150 cm and salted & can swim in the pool as not seen by others.The garden walls are high and extra uplifted with fences.Our backyard is neighbour to the forest full of Pinetrees.The house has a forestview.And the area is full of oxygen and it is for relaxing place lovers.Please send a message telling about your groups and your reason

The house is heated with a traditional wood fire — we provide the wood, and you’ll enjoy the cozy ritual of keeping it burning. For fresh, pure spring water, simply head to the village center, where you can fill your bottles free of charge. Please note: the homeowners may occasionally stay in the downstairs unit, which has its own private entrance, ensuring your privacy.

Sabahlari yurume mesafesindeki firindan taze ekmeginizi alip bahcesince kahvaltinizi yapabilirsiniz. Aksamlari da Tire'nin isikli gece manzarasina karsi mangalinizi yakip aksam yemeginizin tadini cikarabilirsiniz. Sirince ve Selcuk Efes'e 30 dakikalik mesafededir. Ozellikle grup olarak gelen aileler ve arkadaslar icin cok kullanislidir.

Evimiz ormanın içinde 4 bin metrekare bahçe içerisinde 2 katlı 400 m2 , 5 odalı 3 banyolu , açık mutfak ve salon barındırmaktadır. Çevredeki bir çok alternatif ile birlikte , şehrin gürültüsünden uzak doğayla iç içe olma imkanı sunmaktadır. Evimiz merkezi şömine sistemi ile ısınmaktadır.Şömineler yandığı zaman tüm peteklere sıcaklık gitmektedir.Aynı zamanda kış bahçemizde kuzine sobamız , odalarda da elektrikli ısıtıcılarımız mevcuttur. Rezervasyon yaparken lütfen kişi sayısı belirtiniz.

We open the doors of our house, which we have built with care, for our guests that we have not yet met. The villa has a total of 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, (1 parent) and 1 living room. The pool and garden maintenance is regularly done by an employee. (As long as guests are located in the villa, maintenance periods can be arranged according to their availability) There are items we use in person throughout the house and are available to guests.
