Hello. I have a two-room apartment to offer, which is located in the center of Kudowa. The apartment is a living room, a bedroom plus a kitchen. I care about hassle-free guests to make sure you have a great stay for both parties. Szalejówka - built entirely of wood, which creates its unique atmosphere. Here you will experience true silence, get some sleep like never before, relax by the fireplace and play the board games. In summer, it's the greatest pleasure to sit on the patio and look at the forest, the meadow and the smuggling game, the children's playground. You'll sit by the grill or fire pit. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlin from us. We're the perfect getaway. We'll bake homemade bread for you.

Bukowe Zacisze

A unique house from the 1920s with a private sauna, a banya and a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

Room in a quiet neighborhood

I rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with mountain views.

Cottage KOTlina

Our 6-bed cottage is located in a picturesque and peaceful village. The proximity of the forest and the most important attractions of the region makes this property a great place to relax and a very good starting point. The cottage is equipped with many amenities such as a projector or a coffee machine. There's also a pack with airy and water nozzles. Balia is additionally paid and the price depends on the number of days. The area around the house is fenced, so you can safely take your dog.

Surrounded by meadows and forests, with only a few houses in the distance, close to the Nysa River and the village of Morzyszów. An ideal place to relax, enjoy sunsets, and recharge.

Mountain Retreat for Two

A cozy studio apartment (19m2), located in a tenement house from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, in the center of Sokołowska. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, kettle, as well as various types of kitchenware. The place is designed for short-term stays for couples. There is also an air mattress (equipped) for 3 people. We are locals, we will be happy to provide tips about the region :) We speak English.
