Newly renovated basement apartment with private entrance; perfect for couples and singles! Here is spacious entrance hall, a lovely kitchen with oven, half hot plate with induction, fridge/freezer and regular kitchen items. Cozy living room with sofa bed and TV corner. Sleeping weather. with double bed (can be split in two), dresser and clothes rack. Swimming room. with shower and toilet. A small weather with a dining area. Tiles in wooden look in every room. We are a family of 4 upstairs which will occasionally be heard. Free parking on the road and in the driveway.

2 bedroom charming and very cozy apartment on the 4th floor in the heart of Aarhus, in the middle of the islands with the most beautiful view of all Aarhus. Shops, cafes, Botanical Garden, forest and beach in a radius of 500m. In the apartment there is a cozy kitchen-living room and a combined living room/bedroom. The bed is 140cm wide. Private room on 5th floor with no access. There is a TV and wifi. The apartment is perfect for the couple or a single who wants to experience Aarhus within walking distance.

Lejligheden egner sig til 1-2 gæster. Sovesværelse/stue er i et, køkkenet er fuld udstyret m. opvaskemaskine, & badeværelset har alle nødvendigheder. Der er ingen TV, men adgang til internet.

Large spacious apartment, free parking, balcony.

Enjoy your stay at this spacious and quiet 75 sqm home. It is located on the third floor with a good view. However, need to use the stairs. Balcony. Only 9 min by car to the city center. 3 min walk to Discount 365 or 4 min to Lidl. Good bus connections. Parking is free 24 hours a day and there is plenty of space. Space for extra bedding on the couch if needed. Large kitchen with everything you need, should you want to cook your own food. Quiet bedroom and surroundings.

You will come to stay on a cozy and quiet street, just a few minutes walk to both Aarhus Railway Station, Musikhuset and Strøget. Bright basement apartment with private entrance. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. There are no carpets (wooden floors and tiles). There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment. TV (cable TV) in both rooms. Large garden that my guests are welcome to use. There is a terrace dedicated to guests. My little dog Futte (allergy-friendly) runs freely in the garden and likes to entertain guests. She is very fond of children.

Quiet flat close to university and 15min from city

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house.
