Family-friendly holiday rentals in Brading

We had a great stay here. George was very responsive and helped with local recommendations. He was there to meet us when we arrive and give us a quick overview of the property and hot tub instructions. The property is clean and has all you would need. The hot tub is great and the beach is only 5 mins away. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay had everything needed for a family to stay at and was very child friendly. The hosts were very accommodating with any asks requests would definitely recommend!

Fantastic accommodation with amazing facilities. Something to suit everyone. Accommodation was very comfortable and spacious, communication by the management company was excellent, and the great location gave easy access to all amenities by car or foot. Would totally recommend and hope we can come back again in the future. It felt like a home from home.

Kate’s place was a lovely holiday space for a multi-generational group such as ours. The open plan living space upstairs was wonderful for relaxing, cooking and eating all together whilst our 2 year old granddaughter had plenty of space to play safely around us. Everything was spotless and clean and the towels for the hot tub were a great addition. Kate was super helpful and allowed us to check in early which was very kind and a bonus, we were also very grateful for the groceries and treats that she left for us. The beds were very comfy too. We had to clean down the bbq and outdoor furniture before we could use them and the decor generally, particularly all the soft wood frames and bits in the bathroom need care. The games room whilst being a fun addition was very shabby and felt unloved. The curtain pole in the main room looked so precarious that we did not dare shut the curtains. Some hooks on the doors of the en-suites would have been helpful along with toiletry racks in the shower

We missed the turning for the house the first time we went past so make sure you drive slowly around the lanes! Hosts (Lynette and her husband) met us at the house and gave us a tour. They helped us organise the private chef prior to the stay, really recommend Chef Gary, very reasonably priced and good food! House was clean and tidy. Breakfast bits and spare towels for the hot tub were provided. Hot tub turned on prior to us arriving which was really handy. We used the house more as a base as we spent the whole of Saturday out at the New Forest so unfortunately didn't get to make use of the golf or tennis. There are rules/expectations for checking out but this was clearly explained on the listing. There are quite a few rules compared to other airbnbs we've stayed at, but as there is a lot of white, marble, mirrored furniture, this does make sense and the house is super clean. Again this is all in the listing. Really recommend the stay, beautiful house in great location.

Great location and Lulu and Russell were extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hot up was a great touch aswell.

We loved our stay in the Annex. It was very cozy and the grounds were beautiful with lots to do. We brought our dog with us and he loved the fenced paddock and field across the road. Our daughter loved the kids play area and we also had great fun on the massive trampoline! Runner ducks and peacocks in the garden! Winchester was a 20 min drive. All-in-all a brilliant few days!

Idyllic location and garden. Really pretty cottage, comfortable and well equipped. Excellent host. Great base for exploring the Witterings and Chichester area. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

We had a lovely time staying in the house which was great - and I think in the summer would be amazing as the garden is huge! We had some problems with the TV but Emma was very responsive.

We loved the Corner House. It's been beautifully renovated and is warm, cosy and well equipped. The huge bath in the bedroom is a great novelty. The location is perfect. Justin and Jackie are perfect hosts - great communication. We would stay again if coming back to Ventnor.

We had a wonderful family stay at Paul's AirBnB. The home is perfect for a family or friends trip. Great rooms, huge open plan kitchen/ living area and a larder for storage with washing machine/ dish washer. We honestly would give more than 5 stars if we could. If you're looking for a beautiful home, amazing views and great walks (or short drives) to local landmarks (or pubs!) then look no further. Our toddler (20 months) had a great time in the gated garden or using the New Forest as his play area, and was beside himself when the horses would walk right past the house. Paul was on hand to answer any questions we had, an excellent host! We'd absolutely stay again!

We had a lovely stay over Easter, the weather was mixed but the village has everything you need- a few cafes snd pubs, baker, butcher, fishmonger and a couple of coops. Lots of places to walk and visit from the cottage. The off road parking is great but a bit tight for a larger car. The house was spotless, warm and comfortable. Stairs are steep ( common in houses of this age), but my elderly father managed ok. Thanks for a fun break!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It had everything we needed inside and more, we were welcomed by a hamper of goodies. The private garden was lovely where we enjoyed a BBQ and had visits from the amazing peacocks. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. We would love to visit again in the future.

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

Great location for a family break. Entertainment passes included. Kids will love the robots delivering food in the restaurant. Didnt try out the pool this time but looked great. Loved how close we were to the beach beautiful day and night, with stunning sunsets. Also enjoyed a walk around the nature reserve. Great base for getting out on our bikes. We absolutely love the new forest and this was a great base for a short stay. We'd happily stay for longer.

The caravan had everything we needed and was really well stocked. Perfect play to stay with our dog and very reasonable priced. It was sited in a lovely peaceful part of the park with bridle paths accessed easily nearby. Excellent communication with Emily, and we were even able to check in early which was fab. Thank you so much Emily!

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

Really convenient location, we walked to the beach and swam in the sea several times and ate out locally. Lidl and a little Tesco very nearby for buying groceries. If you want seaside 2p machines, avoid the amusements next to the Beachlands car park and go to the ones inside Funland. The pools at the park were great; indoor heated was a little deep for smaller kids to stand in, but they particularly enjoyed the heated outdoor one and there was also an unheated paddling pool and lots of seating. Caravan was great although the door was a little sticky and the oven dial indicators required a bit of guesswork - kitchen much better equipped than many we have stayed in. It is in a great location on the park as it’s right near the entrance and main hub. The kids appreciated the PlayStation after time outside and Jonathan was really quick to respond to all queries. We’d happily stay again if returning to the area.

Fantastic location for walking & exploring. The barn is beautifully presented and stylishly furnished. Very spacious. Loved seeing the Llamas on our morning walk with our dog - on our doorstep. The New Inn pub down the road - Victoria’s tip - awesome, friendly, great food at a sensible price - try the venison or brill filets! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay for longer.
