Welcome to Bakkelandet and our beautiful cottage in the middle of the forest, close to the bathing lake 🌲 The house is on a huge natural plot. In summer, you can pick blueberries or sail on the lake in the associated water bike, dinghy or SUP boards. The children can run around freely, and there are plenty of toys, a lovely playhouse and a trampoline. We have a large terrace with a barbecue. We have good experience with both families with children, several generations together and groups of friends. 45 minutes from Legoland. Bring your own bed linen, towels, etc.

WELCOME to a stay in our beautiful apartment, which is located in the amazing nature, right up the forest and with several lakes in the area - including a short distance to Østre Søbad, where you can swim all year round. There's also a sauna in connection with the lake. We live in the middle of Søhøjlandet and have a 10-minute drive to Silkeborg city center. There are 2 km to Pizzaria and shopping in Virklund. There is wifi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to peace and good nature experiences. There is underfloor heating throughout the home.

For those of you who enjoy fishing, hiking, cycling or rowing in a canoe/kayak but want a real bed and a hot shower after an active day. Sit by the fire and pitch your tent by the river. The small yellow annex is located in the middle of the beautiful countryside. It is quiet here and the deer graze happily in the garden when the day wakes up. The wood stove is nice in the old house, and from the loft there is a view of meadows and fields. In the main house, Philip, Helene, Asger (4) and Axel (2) live together with our two happy dogs (female). There are 2 km to Bryrup, where the lake, tennis courts or the old veteran course can entertain. Double bed upstairs and sofa bed downstairs. 1 large room.
